The intimate historic setting will make your personal event one to remember. The house is great for hosting bridal/baby showers, weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, graduation parties, holiday parties, and reunions. In addition, the size and layout of the house makes it a great place to hold meetings, workshops, photo shoots and other like activities. The house has a large meeting room which can hold about 30 people with tables and chairs. The other two downstairs rooms provide additional seating. For a small fee, tents, tables, and chairs are available for outdoor use. An indoor/outdoor event can accomodate up to 75 people.
Off street parking is available on site. Unfortunately the house is not handicap accessible. Modern touches include a bathroom, electricity, hot water, heating and air conditioning for year round comfort. The kitchen has a fully functional sink, small refrigerator and microwave. In addition, electric buffet style warming plates are available for hot foods.
Please note that because of the current situation with the Covid crisis, the Hold Harmless Agreement that must be signed by the renter will include an addendum that the City of Lilburn or the LCP will not be held responsible for any illness due to gathering at the house.
