Non-profits and HOAs can rent the venue for $25 per meeting on week nights, excluding Friday.
All rentals are required to pay a $100 damage deposit, separate from the rental fee. Damage deposit will be refunded the following business day of rental date, except where deductions are required based on adherence to house rules.
For events where the house and grounds are used, rates may be negotiable depending on the need for an attendant.

Meeting and Event Rental Information***
Our venue is available for hourly rental from 8am to 11pm.
Monday – Friday 4pm
$25 per hour
or $60 for three hours*
or $150 for all day
* add $20 for each additional hour
Friday 4pm - Sunday
$40 per hour
or $100 for three hours**
or $200 for all day

The intimate historic setting will make your personal event one to remember. The house is great for hosting bridal/baby showers, weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, graduation parties, holiday parties, and reunions. In addition, the size and layout of the house makes it a great place to hold meetings, workshops, photo shoots and other like activities. The house has a large meeting room which can hold about 30 people with tables and chairs. The other two downstairs rooms provide additional seating.
The downstairs is available for rental. Off street parking is available on site. Unfortunately the house is not handicap accessible. Modern touches include electricity, heating and air conditioning for year round comfort.
